I have been trying for three hours to contact an actual person to help me transfer my number to a different phone and i cant not get anyone. I am about to just cancel the damn phones and find someone else. It seems to be impossible to find the answers i need, or to talk to a person and not a computer.
I have left family mobile and have a balance on the old account, but no way to pay it. The notice tells me to call to pay by credit card, but without an active family mobile number I am stuck in a menu loop with no option to speak with an operator. You make it very difficult to pay the bill.

Gee, thanks for crippling me due to your incompetency. I understand why you have no live customer support, opting instead for useless automation. Walmart Family Mobile is uber ridiculous. After a week of talking with NINE yes NINE people who could not speak English well enough to pronounce my name properly, each and every one of those people assured me that my bill was paid, which it was not, thanks to their stupidity. The outcome? No phone for over ten days. But why should you compensate me for your mistake? The company is always right, yes? A Family Mobile experience is an absolute horror. If anyone has the courage to respond to me, I would like to speak personally with someone in a managerial position who has a clue about their business. I will leave you with this comment:Your customer service is obscene, your outsourcing reps from god-knows-where are liars and possibly thieves. Shame on you. ;.

I thought the object of being in business was to try to make the customers happy or keep loyal paying customers. The Alcatel One Touch Evolve is the worst phone I have every had, I bought this phone at Walmart 2-22-14 and i have been having problem every sent the people in Walmart try to help me, but could not so i call 18774409788 this they gave me and know help. I have phone service through this service and I am having problems sending text messages internationally. I paid $10 + tax on an Extra Pack Card and I still can not send messages internationally. I am very disappointed in this service; and it is very misleading to say that this service includes unlimited talk,text and web; when I can not send any text messages internationally. Wmart Family Mobile lowered rates a few months back, but did not update existing customers plans to reflect the change. They keep billing at the previous higher rate until the customers call in themselves and request the lower rate. When I finally did call and request the lower rate, they told me since my new billing cycle started two days ago that I have to wait an entire month to switch to the new rate and pay another whole month at the higher rate. Their customer service was rude and nasty and unapologetic. Even the supervisor. They had a thick accent hard to understand and sounded East Indian. When I asked which country I was calling to, the supvsor told me he could not tell me due to policy. Really? There's no such policy. He was making stuff up as he went along and unwilling to offer any credit to my account for the nxt month. Totally unacceptable. please revise bill, account # 823558574. we had 20 days of service from 5/15/13 to 6/4/13, and we were charged for 29 days. we had no service from sat.5/25/13 to wed 5/29/13. we spoke with several representatives and they could not restore our service, this went on for four days. we had no choice, but to purchase other phones.we were told repeatedly that the phone towers were down. please revise bill accordingly. please deduct four days from the bill of 85.82.when this is taken care of we will send you the appropriate amount.we have spoken with many representatives and sent several letters .
