On October 29th, 2015 I talked with several of your representatives requesting they cancel my coverage as I started on another Insurance on November one, 2015. I was told that it took Anthems Market place 14 days to cancel and that I would be charged through November 14th for coverage that I did not want or need. That was how long it would take them to cancel the Insurance. The funny thing is it only took me five minutes at the bank to stop money from coming out of my account. I could not afford to pay for two policies at the same time and I explained this to all five of your representatives. I had great difficulty understanding what a couple of them were saying so I made sure they could understand what I wanted and needed. So today is November 5, 2015 and I get a bill for $82. 44. This is a bill I will not be paying as I have insurance and cancelled mine with you on 11/29/15.
We keep submitting a claim for a patient. You keep rejecting it asking for additional information. This information has been provided to you on three different billings and now you have sent me a 4th request. I called this am and was transferred three times and finally to a supervisor which i had to leave a message this is not acceptable. Please advise how the claim can be sent to you without being told "we never received".
I have received four approval letters for Fluticasone Propionate Spray Susp. When CVS Pharmacy tries to verify this medication it never goes through. The Pharmacist calls Anthem Healthkeepers Plus and the person on the phone says to resubmit the preapproval form. So how many times should my doctor supposed to resubmit this form? It's four times now. I really need this medication.
