I have an account with you and have forgotten my password. I have followed the instructions to receive a link, I have been informed that an email has been sent however I have not received it. I have attempted the process a couple of times without success, spam folder also checked. I need to access my account please advise as soon as possible. I may need to change the email address on the account. P. S I have just read some of the complaints/communication you have received, I am not feeling terribly reassured.

I provided my updated credit card information because the bank suspected a fraudulent charge on our business credit and cancelled the one that was used to pay for this service. i have updated the information twice, yet i still keep getting the email stating that you've been trying to bill my credit card and it keeps getting denied and that you are going to close my account in seven days if i don't update it. i tried to call, but the number refers me back to emailing you. please don't cancel my service, I've provided you with the new credit card info twice. please contact me for further info before cancelling my account. thank youAndrea berghold omi docs, llc.

I cannot talk to anyone and I do not want to have to close my account. On November 25 you went into my bank account again. Could you please stop.
Dear or Madam. I requested to discontinue the service for the account "affordable projects plus" two months ago and you are still collecting from my bank account. Since that is getting no where, I tried calling you and there is no way to speak to a representative. Because of this, I had an overdraft fee of $35 charged to my account. I want the month of August and September refunded to my bank account and my service terminated immediately.
Hi Aynax you guy want your money, but do not send out an invoice stating what I owe you. I do not have the credit card on auto renew do to the fact that to many people like to take money with out letting the person know they there bill is do to pay. It is like stealing if I do not receive an invoice to what I owe you. Send me an invoice on what my bill is with you and I will pay it. Or sells I might have to fined another company that will.
