All of a sudden the pump stops running, light works, but not the pump. Being the reputable company you are i would like to know what the solution may be. I e-mailed QVC and they sent me to you. Hope their is a solution. Thank you for your time. This is not a complaint. Just looking for a fix to the problem. :)
I ordered a Bethlehem Lights Christmas tree from QVC during a Christmas in July Todays Special Value. A 35. 00 gift card was offered with the order. I can not find it in my email and QVC told me to contact you. I spoke to three people at QVC and can not seem to resolve this. Love your trees.
Bethlehem Lights 6. 5' balsam fir w/led lights purchased 9/25/2012 the top section lights are not working and now at least one strand on bottom out. Have used all provided replacement bulbs and can not find anymore lically? This tree still under five year warranty. Please help. This is only the third year to use this tree, I expected more use than what I have gotten so far purchased from QVC.
An entire string of lights in the middle section of the 6-1/2ft. Tree does not light. Everything above and below does. Fuses looked OK, but changed them anyway, but the problem remains. The tree was purchased from QVC on 9/24/12,

I purchased the four battery operated candles (brushed brass)that can be raised or lowered for two different heights. I purchased these last year and only used them during the Christmas season. I carefully packed them away in the original packaging and put the box in a closet. This year when I got them out, one of the candles would not turn on. Since they operate with LED lights, I expected them to last much longer. I tried everything; I changed batteries several times and carefully wiped the inside battery posts. I have been a good customer of Bethlehem Lights for a number of years and this was a big expense for me. Please, please may I have this faulty candle replaced?
