I checked my bank account and I realized you took from me two paiements each month since a long time maybe two years (I'm french, with the hebrew it's complicated for me), one of 120, 97 nis (mine) and the other of 137, 90nis. There's no reason, I got just one Internet access. And why 137, 90 nis ? So is it possible to get an appointment with someone to find a solution to be paid back as soon as possible. I got invoice, banq account, but I can not upload on your site

My telephone and internet services were cancelled by HOT when I switched services in February 2016. In March you continued to charge me so I called and I personally cancelled all of my Bezeq services. In April you continued to charge me. I called again and spoke to both a representative of Bezeq telephone and of Bezeq Ben Leumi to cancel all of my internet services AGAIN. You continue to charge me no matter what I say or do. You charged me again in May and again in JUNE. You are THIEVES
