To whom it may concernI would like to complain about my blackberry z10 cellphone. My cellphone is not even six months old and i had it in for repairs twice. The technician at the MTN Repair Center Montague Gardens (Cape Town) has informed me that the phoned is rusted in the inside and is not sure what the cause of the rust can be. I would like to confirm how can the phone be rusted if its not even six months old as yet and the device has not gotten into contact with any water, steam ect. I feel this is very poor service from Blackberry and I am a very unhappy customer. Hi, I'm a deeply dissatisfied with my blackberry curve. I send the phone in for repairs as the unit would not charge. Phone is still under warranty and I'm told that the unit in not repairable and that I need to purchase a new phone. If my warranty is still within the parameters of the contract then it should be replaced without any questions. Vodacare Alberton has done nothing to assist me and I was reverted to my insurance company to lodge a claim. I would appreciate if I be contacted as it is most frustrating that I'm been sent from pillar to post and NO joy from my service provider nor Voda-care itself. Highly disgruntled.
