I have completed the first chapter. Though i understand the 5x5 Magic squares and Take ten, when I try to apply both of these to the other formats. I am unable to replicate based on the information in the support book. Magic Squares~3x3 says along as multiple of 3? (sorry do not have the book with me). Well what is the pattern? Do I use the five in the middle also multiplied by 3? How do I determine what numbers to use?~5x5 equation is /5 - 12, so I would assume for a 7x7 )divisible by 7) or 9x9 )divisible by 9), etc. It would be that /7 - 12 and same with 9. Is this correct? Why minus 12?Take ten, I understand, but when I try to follow the same steps with Take 11, 13, 14, 15 I end up with an extra card number paired. Am I not suppose to? Also, am I supposed to pull two cards like in Take 10? What am I doing incorrectly?Please email back. Thank you. This is not really a complaint. I am trying to use the program the best I can.

I can see why your complaints resolved after talking with customer service has declined drastically from 2014 to 2015. If the package doesn't arrive soon, I plan on writing to your corporate office and also the creator of the product to demand my $14. 95 back and telling them and everyone that will listen about my dissatisfaction with your company.
I have sent the package back and have the receipt from the USPS and i still am being charged for the "deal" you gave me. I called the phone number and won a "free trip to the Bahamas" and never talked with anyone after 5-10 minutes waiting on the phone.
