Capital One Bank located on 700 St Nicholas Ave in Harlem, New York had a manager whom made me feel very welcomed, he was very professional and caring Mr. Enriquillio Sanchez. There is a new branch manager at this location for a few months now, Ms. Agueda Belen. She is VERY rude and unprofessional. All the times I have entered this branch, she sits at one of the desks close to the entrance and would loudly speak to the bankers sitting across from her on the other side of the branch. She does not seem to care whether we could hear her or not, she usually speaks on topics not business related. While bankers are busy helping clients, she sits at her desk either on her cell phone, or looks busy on the computer without acknowledging clients. Mr. Sanchez always acknowledged us and not once had I ever seen him too busy to help clients and sit them at his desk. Very unhappy with this branch and being that it is very close to home I am so disappointed.
I want to report a unit manager Karen Robinson for calling an agent that's on her team and having them waive fees on a family members account, this breaks all the rules that capital one has in place and a manager should not be doing this.
Good Morning, I am a former Capital One employee, and I received a bill for PTO that I supposedly used, but I didn't have. I was a salaried employee who was not required to log PTO in the system. I did however maintain a log of the hours I used. For 2015 I used 65 PTO hours and I also had a week that I did not use in 2014. My previous manager logged those hours I am assuming as he was disgruntled due to a AR investigation that I was interviewed for. His attitude towards me changed after AR approached me due to multiple complaints from front line staff. I was told those conversations were confidential, but apparently they weren't. Regardless, I am not paying for hours of PTO that I did not use and was never required to document during my three years with Capital One. Also, as a salaried employee I spent countless hours working from home after business hours or while using PTO. I guess I should have logged those too.

Tried to talk to someone in HR and obviously this is impossible. I called and obviously this is a Call Center. I actually worked for National Bank of Bossier from 1980- 1985. This bank was bought out by Hibernia National Bank and they were acquired by Capital One. I have filed for Social Security benefits and they have no record that I worked in 1983 at all. I know that this being 32 years ago, my chances are slim to none of you being able to help me, but if you can please email me at I do not know if Hibernia has any records, but if you could please try to help me or put me in touch with someone that might be able to. My name during this time period was Charlotte S. Wilson.
