We purchased a set of the Advanced range of cooking pots from QVC, unfortunately one has lost its finish inside at the bottom and a quarter of the way up the sides, it looks like a rust effect. We contacted QVC, but they do not carry any stock. The pot size measures 19cm across the top, it also has a glass lid. The number on the bottom of the pot is 3QT/2. 8L it also has a impactbase. So could you please replace this item in line with your lifetime quarantee. Mrs Stella Storey .

I purchased the 3qt. Cooks Essentials Air Fryer in March 2016. My complaint is that the drawer that is pulled out to put the food in (the basket) doesn't line up with the outside of the fryer when pushed in. I do not want the hassle of sending it back to QVC and have to wait for another one Is there anything you as the Company that produces these items with warranties do to help me out?.

Received Cooks Essentials pots as a gift-after about a year or so of use the coating was completely warn off-I called qvc and they refused to replace items because I had no proof of purchase-If you truly stand behind your product-it clearly wasn't a counterfeit set, you should have replaced them. They are a qvc product and cannot be purchased anywhere else, therefore no proof of purchase should be necessary. I have ordered many things from QVC without a problem, I am very disappointed in the customer service I was given. No matter when it was purchased, or if it was given as a gift, it is your product and if it is truly guaranteed, it should have been replaced no questions asked.
I bought a deep frying pan about four yrs ago and non stick coating is chipping off? There's suppose to be a life time warranty. I want to find out how to have mine replaced for a new one? Look forward to hearing from you.
I bought a cook essentials six quart pressure cooker used it one time and it quit working. Model 99740.
I have the Cook's Essential Breakfast Maker, i. E. The combined toaster, coffee maker and kettle. I have had it for three years and love it. However, I just put a slice of bread in the toaster, there was a loud "pop" and the toaster no longer works. It happened once before, when it tripped the power circuit and at that time, once I had reset the circuit, the toaster continued to function. Unfortunately, this time, it doesn't work. Although the other two components work perfectly. Is there a restart button or an individual fuse somewhere that I could use to restart the toaster, please ? It seems such a shame to scrap the whole product, when the kettle and coffee maker are still working perfectly. Thank you for your help in this matter. Diana Bliss .
We have a pressure cooker cook essential on bottom is 918640884 and we are missing Orange lock button on lid so now we are unable to use please help Rich and DONNA keeler or Thank you and Merry Christmas to all .
I received a cookware set of pots and pans as a gift from my parents last year. The bottom of the pots and pans are starting to flake off and getting ng into our food. I read that this was not to happen while using proper tools. I haven't used any sharp or metal tolls and have never put them in the dishwasher. I loved cooking with them bc it was so easy to clean, but for the price of the cook ware and it only lasting a year I am greatly disappointed.
All the coating is coming off the inside of my pressure cooker. No one seems to care or want to do anything about it. I purchased it at QVC and paid close to $100 for it. Very unhappy with service and run around. I see I'm not the only one that's had problems with the same thing. And no I never used anything, but a silicone spoon in it.
I brought a pan many years ago lost manual have never used it and would like the manual it is a stove top pan, but like a pressure cooker please help.
Several years ago, I purchased a set of Cook's Essentials pots and pans. The non-stick coating has worn off on one of the pans (I believe it was called a chicken fryer), and I would like to replace the pan. I have been unable to find it on the websites. The following information is on the bottom of the pan: 10/10 stainless steel non-stick. ten 1/2" - 26 CM. Impact base. It came with a lid. Do you have anything similar available? If so, how can I purchase it and what is the cost? Thank you.
I got 2nd and 3rd degrees burns on my body I followed all instructions and the pot was closed good, but after ten minutes of having my pot cooking the top flew together with all the meat soup and burned my left shoulder my back, head, face, and part of my right hand I ended up in the hospital and the burn center in ucsd.
Hello, I am concerned about the sticking of the eggs I just cooked in the small pan. I just received the set yesterday and this is the first time using it. According to what I viewed on the videos, there is no need to add any butter or cooking spray to the pan when cooking or frying. They eggs immediately started to stick as I cooked them on a medium flame. The pan cleaned fine,, but I am concerned that this happened with the sticking.
We are having difficulty with a new pressure cooker to relieve it from having steam without making a mess with cooking juices everywhere do you gave some helpful hint. How long after cooking does the pressure reduce?
I purchased a CE soup maker off QVC about three years ago. It lasted just over the warranty before dying. Of course, there was nothing I could do I thought, I'm not spending that amount of money again, so bought the same product off eBay, brand new in box, still sealed, cheaper Guess what, I've had it about 18 months. And it's cremated my soup to the bottom. And died. I'm fuming. I have looked after my product very carefully. I've probably used it twice a month. So disappointed, back to faffing with a pan and a blender, it makes beautiful soup (when working),, but not a very good product, or investment.
My husband bought me a Cook's Essential's 5. five quart pressure cooker from QVC. It's beautiful and my favorite color - red. I made chicken picatta from the recipe book and in addition to the chicken burning on the bottom, the pressure regulator never worked. Steam came out of the lid and not the regulator. Just made brown rice, using the instructions and amounts in the booklet. It is the crunchiest rice I've ever tasted, almost burnt. Once again, no steam came out of the pressure regulator, just the lid. I'm sending it back to QVC.
My Cook's Essentials eight quart digital pressure cooker has lost its non-stick coating in just 5-6 months. The bottom flaked off in the first month and the inner sides by the 5th month. I contacted QVC who told me it was covered under warranty and gave me Maxi-Matic USA phone number. When I called Maxi-Matic the customer service agent told me the product only had a limited warranty and the inner pot was not covered. Of course I could purchase another pot. I contacted QVC again and was told it was under full warranty and they would allow the return at my cost for refund. I will never purchase another Cook's Essentials Product nor recommend it to anyone. The warranty should disclose when a particular part of a product is not included in the warranty.
Years ago i sent an entire set back and they paid shipping both ways. I just sent another set back, this time i had to pay shipping. It was $22. 00 to ship to north Carolina. I thought it was worth the $22. 00 to get another set of pots and pans. Although its been two weeks and i haven't heard a word!.
I just purchased a Cooks Essentials eight quart oval pressure. The timer in pressure mode will not work. It works in the other modes. How can that be corrected?
I purchased my set of cookware about 10/11 years ago. I was very excited, a single mom on her own buying her first set of "real" pots and pans. I was also very happy about the life time warranty it provided. My set has been Amazing for me,, but over the past few years it has definitely shown is age. I called to find out what to do to use the "lifetime" warranty, but to my dismay I would be responsible for the shipping costs. By now 11 years later the entire set needs to be replaced,, but I simply can not afford the shipping costs, so I will end up having to buy a new set. I am sad about this as I have loved using this brand for years. It's there a way of bypassing the shipping costs?
