I stream Daily Burn through a Roku on my TV. For the last two days when I access the channel it is stuck. I can stream it on my laptop. Suggestions.

Daily burn has been charging my debit card twice every monthfor a service I was told that was cancelled back in August, but here it is November and I'm am still being charged. I was charged $12 on November two and another charge that same day for $25. I want this subscription cancelled and my money return.

I have not used daily burn at all I had a subscription for about three months and the payment for it just went through last night was wondering since I cancelled my membership if there is any way to remberse my payment for this month due to I will not be using it at all.
This company has the worst customer service. They only work online and unless you have the first and last name of the person you want to speak with you will not get past the operator. The billing department does not want to work with customers to resolve issues. I canceled my subscription after the last billing cycle only to find a reoccurring charge placed on my bank account one year later. When I attempted to contact the company the website says there is a 3-4 day turn around on emails. They have my money and I want it back now. Not in 3- four days. When I called the number above the operator refused to transfer my call to billing or to his boss.

I have checked my bank statement and see that you all have made recurring payments to this alleged exercise program. I cancelled the "subscription" to Daily burn before the free 30 day trial was over. I tried calling the number that is located on my bank statement and there is NO One that handles these issues only a recording to contact you "via email" according to the automated recording.
