I sent an email about a pair of boots that my husband bought, the email was sent over a week ago, and I have gotten no response. These were not cheap boots for no one to get back to us. They are dry rotting, and insides are falling apart. This is poor customer service. I would like some kind of response.
My husband has your suretrack 6" softtoe boot. Now I'm not sure where or when we bought them it wasn't to long ago, but we do not have receipt. Problem is insole in dry rooting around the edges on both boots and the big toe area is worn out. We have never had this happen before. Is there anything you can do to help us? These were not cheap. .
Bought new steel toe Die Hard shoes six weeks ago and the tread / sole split and dirt and water got in my shoe. I've had these shoes before and they lasted over a year, with me wearing them three days a week. What do I do now ?
I do not have the box or the tags that were attached to the shoes.

I have no complaint. I would just like to know if you still make the work oxford shoe in wide widths because we cant seem to find them at the sears stores anymore. I am looking for a size 11 wide which is EE OR EEE in the OXFORD not the work boot. We have bought them for over 20 years in wide widths so if you do not make them anymore then we have to look elsewhere for that type of shoe. Thank you, Patti Flores.
