Good Day Digicel, I am a loyal customer who is very disappointed and upset. I have been doing a lot of travelling for the past two months and was unable to use my Digicel phone. To my surprise when I returned and tried to top up I was greeted by an Invalid Sim message only to realize after speaking with customer care that my number was taken away and put back to be resold. This is a number I have had for many years and to loose it would cause me a lot of stress. I think this this unfair and unfortunate for customers to have this happen to them. Prior to this I topped up every month for years and in just two months I lost my number and being told I have to purchase a new $50 dollar Sim? I refuse to do so and would no longer be using your service again.complete Failure.

I am in the US and unable to use my cell phone. I have a $99. 00 data plan, a $99. 00 roaming plan and my bill was also paid with some excess, but guess what, I am unable to use my phone to even make a normal cell phone call all I am getting a busy signal plus I can only use data at the house. I tried calling Customer Service ( number sent to me by text when I landed in the US) no luck only getting message "Your call is important to us etc. " held on for over an hour on more than one occasion on various days. My gut tells me that the DIGICEL Customer Service line is not working. I am also getting a message on my phone that says "Your have lost data connectivity because you left your home network with data". Can someone please tell me what to do to fix this problem. I need the use of my phone especially when I am away from the house. I need HELP Urgently.

enjoyment of their property. Eight hours of nonstop unbearable loud music resulting in the Police having to be called in many times and disregarded.
