I recently bought a phone in the USA and when I put my local Trinidad and Tobago (TT) Sim Card into it, I am seeing 'digicel-digicel'. Also when I tried to listen to my voice mail by dialing 123 I am being directed to the police emergency hot-line. I am also seeing 37413 whenever I make or receive calls. I am asking please for you to help me by allowing me to use just my local TT digicel and not Digicel Usa and digicel TT together because this is confusing me. I just want to access my messages without having to be directed to the police all the time. They will think I am pranking all the time when I dial 123. In Trinidad 123 is for voice-mail and 100 is for customer care. I want to be operating on Digicel TT alone please.
