Order No. 242476717I just received notification from DP that my order is on it's way, but I noticed that of the three items I am expecting, only one is available. I paid delivery charges on this, but If I'd known that there will only be a single item delivered, I could have picked it up myself and not worry about paying for delivery. Or if I'd known that these items are no longer available, I could have replaced these items so the delivery charge is worth it. I would like you to (1) either cancel the order without charging the delivery charge or (2) deliver without delivery charge. I have been using DP for my online clothes shopping for a while now so please do not leave a bad taste on my mouth.

I have been waiting to return a dress and have tried to do it online, but it says I have no orders. SO I have emailed 48 hours ago and still no info on a return authorization # so I can return it. So frustrating! All I want to do is get the number put the dress in the bag and return it and get my credit!
