Ms. Patricia, i am having trouble with this co. Also, i sent tow back and received tow new ones back. Now the same prob with the third one. I am going to file a report with the southern ca. Bbb and i have some consumer protection web sites i am also making reports to about doublepower technoligies. The have blocked my calls and have not returned my e-mails after my phone
My complaint is I have left messages with the contack us page and no response. Also I have been block from phone , I have sent many E-mailes and no response back so I think my E-mail add has been blocked as well. I talked to a Supervisor named Jacob on 8-8-28-16 and he said I would receive a return label in tow or three days, after not receiving it I became Blocked from calling and E-mailing. I have a few web sites for consumer protection and will be receiving a BBB report form from Southern California. My RMA is GD4027W. Call me now Before I start filling these reports. I am being Avoided and that is just wrong. Thank You Melvin Kruger .
I contacted your customer Service about my tablet it was the 2nd. One I purchased and this one held on for one week after the 90 day purchase date and Walmart told me to contact you which I did you were going to send instructions on how to do a factory reset, but I never got the email. S, but t would not have worked because my tablet was frozen. I want a new replacement I can not afford to purchase another. So please get in touch. Patricia Landress .
