My order ID 4380354 was supposed to be delivered after 12 to 15 days (according to the stated delivery time) and it has been more than a month (ordered last March 22, 2016) and I do not even know if it will be delivered or not. I tried the tracking number that you gave i also called the courier to confirm, they told me that there is no such tracking number. RF385037979SG. My only recourse is to file a COMPLAINT to DTI about your shabby customer service, your site is truly a SCAM I will write a blog about your site how it fools people into buying and not getting what they paid for. I hope that your company shuts down before it fools more people into giving their hard earned money to unscrupulous people like you.

I am sorry to tell you how rude he answered my concern. I am asking if the voucher I bought can possibly be pick up together with the two vouchers I also bought. He said depend on the approval without even telling me how to request and hung up without telling me to wait and he would try to sort out my concern.
