I have two questions:
1. Why do you list telephone numbers (i. E. ) because I never get a live body with whom
to speak. All I get is a message that I should send an email. I do not think this is good customer
service at all and it's not fair to people that are trying to use your software. 2. The evite gives you the option of inserting a card that gives directions, for example, or other
information. I wrote one and changed the wording a few times. When I went tro insert the
card in the evite, all of the different versions of directions came up. There was no way to delete
all, but one of the insert cards. There were no instructions. I seriously want to know how to edit
This is my second text. When I try and send my Evite, a window comes up regarding typing in a text to ensure that I am not a robot. There is not text on that window for me to enter. My phone is 1-408-1368. Am I supposed to get a text. Also when I called the customer service number I can not reach a person and am supposed to send the problem to the web site support. I can not email my Evite. A prompt comes up requesting that I type in a text to ensure that I am not a robot, but there is no text on the message for me to enter. Is there supposed to be a text message send to my cell? . Thank you,

Not able to get a hold of anyone with a question before I send out an evite. This is very poor customer service.

First number did not say it was Evite. It was answered by a machine - leave a message. I did not. I called the second number. The machine did say "Evite Main is busy. Leave a message. I did submit a bug report last night regarding not being able to set up a "What to Bring List" even after sending invitation. No response by noon today. And I did leave a message, we'll see if I get a response.

cannot import my Gmail contacts into Evite. Tried this over a period of a few days. I get to the point where I give Evite "permission" to access my Gmail contacts. Then it goes to the "working/ importing" swirl thing. It stays there forever (hours). Never finishes.
