Yesterday I went to Benmore branch to get new PIN numbers for my credit card and Discovery card
the guy helped me gave me the PINS when i tried to use the cards both PINS were not activated, this is the waste of my time what do i need to do now ?.

I went to Middelburg Branch to pick up new card as my card was swallowed by FNB ATM. I got there at 10h46 on Saturday 21 February 2015 only to find out that the bank is closed and even though there are renovations they do have a mobile bank on the side ( with sign OPEN 8h30 - 11h00 ) to SUPPOSEDLY HELP customers. To my dismay, I was told that they cannot help me AS THEY ARE CLOSED, i would have to come back next week. What do these people think, we can take off any time of week just to sort out issues from their sides. She put me thru to Mamogadi, who told me that i must wait, the letter is requested today only, that means all my request for Vodocom put up letter was not noted. Gross Inefficiency is all i can say. I am at my wits end. Mamogadi said that she will request it and send to me, when she receives it. Please someone sort this mess out and give me my letter.
