I got my phone in july your company could not get this phone to work, at all, but you charged me 15. 00 for the services when the phone was never used, then I send the phone back to you on August the 22nd I was told it would take five to ten days to get my money back then the next time I called I was told one to two weeks to get my money back it's been 18 days you have not put my money back on my card I just think this is bad business If anyone would even say your name I would not have anything nice to say about your company fh6f.

Hello, The iphone five on my account will not connect to 3G if LTE is not available. The LG phone connects, but the iphone five flashes 3G three times then goes to 1x. It connects to LTE in open areas however. I have tried carrier reset and profile updates.
My phone dose not and has not worked I have two phones from your company I have called nine times or more tying to solve the problems and they have not been solved customer. Service said they would send out replacement phone's and have not. I would like some help with these problems.

NO my issue has not been resolved. I ordered a freedom pop in. Late March. I later called when my laptop was not repairable This call took place within three days of order. I was assured I called within the buyers remorse period I never rec'd the device BUT I've been charged $13. 98 every month since March. My calculations shows your company owes me $125. 82 and I world like a refund check in that amount. I have a WalMart Money Card. It"ll take 7-10 days to refund it to my card. WalMart Money Card does not provide a monthly statement. Its a prepaid debit card. I only learned of the missing $ 125. 82. To say I disgusted is an understatement?
