Hi I topped up my daughters phone on Christmas Eve and twice I tried and it kept saying oops we have gremlins. After my second attempt I checked my bank online and it said £18 was taking out of my bank account twice by Giffgaff. Now after checking it I checked my daughters phone and still there was no goody bag active? So I was down £36 pound which left me short over Christmas and just ruined my entire Christmas Day. I then went and got a top up voucher and it went through not fine.

I have received your email stating that my Free SIM card that I ordered yesterday has been already sent, I have asked to send it to my daughter's house that lives in UK because I live in another country and will be arriving there on December 19th so I will not be able to activate it until then. I tried to ask an agent, but for that I have to register and because I've given my daughter's name (Monica Heilpern) for the address it doesn't accept to register under my name. I am on Giff gaff and i can phone everyone apart from my partner this has really annoyed me. This is the reason why I am on Giff gaff and I can not talk to him. I do not understand what I am paying for I need it to be sorted today. This is not acceptable and I feel like I'm not getting what I paid for, and them I phone the help a line and it closed this is got me really angry and i do not understand how you expect me to get in contact with him.
