My name is Charles Williams and I am the brother and beneficiary of Kenneth W. Williams, who passed away back in August 2016. I am trying to file all of the necessary and required paperwork for him. Last March I signed up for Insurance and then changed my mind two days later I cancelled my policy. I paid for three months and received no refund. Why haven't I received my refund in all this time. When calling I put my number in, but it can not find me anywhere. So now I have to complain on this site. I do not have the policy any more and do not know the number to the policy. I do however, believe I am owed a refund since I cancelled in two days of the start date.

I made a payment to globe life cleared my bank, but cant find my payment, instead of giving a grace period to receive proof they were very non caring and unprofessional. Had to file a claim with my bank to get my money since they want to laspe my grandson account. This world is as foretold, lying in he power of those who are heartless.
No matter how many times I return the letters, they keep sending more. There are so many of them. I am no longer interested in this service.
