Recently I bought two "Swarovski Elements Triple Crystal Row Bracelets" from Marcus Emporium (merchant) via Gogroopie website on 13th October, which I received today (27/10/16). But unfortunately, when I opened the pack of one of them, it was found to be in a damaged (broken) condition. Being apprehensive, I did not try to open the pack of the other one. This company is diabolical. It has no concept of the problems they have caused me. I ordered some aftershave, paid for it in February 2015. It is now April 2015 and still no aftershave despite having been advised by Pinkstyle it had been despatched in March 2015. I have contacted Gogroopie at least eight times by email and telephone and was promised a refund. That promise was made on thew 24th of March 2015 with a rider saying if the refund was not received within 14 days, I should make it known to Gogroopie. The refund was not received, Gogroopie have been informed, but guess what? still no refund. W hat a bunch of crooks GoGroopie are.
