I've been a user of hsbc card for quite a long time, aside from the finance charges i paid, i am also paying the annual fee of both my principal card and the complimentary card when in fact i did not activate anymore nor used the complimentary card. It is my point here of writing a complaint to request that the Annual fee of both my principal and complimentary card be forever waved effective year 2017?
I am hoping that you would grant my request, considering other bankcards has already waved the annual fee of their card holders. Thank you and more power. Yours truly,

Recently I have received a text message from your office saying that my request for finance charge waiver has been denied. The amount is P 3, 847. 48. Its sad to know its been declined. The reason for my late payment of previous statement is because you change my paper statement to e-statement without my consent, and am not use to this kind of "e-bill", and if you've checked the recorded conversation of me and your customer advocates, I was even calling up to follow up my billing, because I have received text message warning me of the overdue. Hope you can reconsider my request, its not my fault of not paying on time, but because of the fact you changed my paper statement to e-statement without my consent. If you can grant my request, I'll be very happy to continue to you use your card. Thank you in advance

Good day I have received an HSBC advisory for HSBC platinum Visa this afternoon via text my mobile number 09158298552 around 15;37PM. I was wondering why you sent me this kind of billing. For your information i have not received any Credit Card from HSBC and how come that I have an statement balance of P5, 000?That's so impossible because I have only Metrobank visa and bpi master card at this very moment which I had been using for so many years. I am not liable for your statement balance that you sent to me. Please stop sending that kind of billing statement because I have no HSBC CREDIT as of this very momen.
