My Heywire number is . I can no longer send or receive text from my Android tablet. I have uninstall and reinstall. Now its asking for a cell phone number. I do not have a cell phone. I only have a land line . It says it will send a code, but doesn't. Help. Please. Much appreciated. Thank you. My email address is also asked me to put my profile again. Which i do, but it won't accept it or keep it. It continues to say network error.
I am a Heywire IOS app user, and when I open the app, it does not go beyond the "Authorizing" screen. I had experienced this issue earlier, but was able to check my messages on the web app. The web app is no longer available. And I am unable to send or receive any message. I need help ASAP.
Heywire cant open in web browser just keep on loading please fix it thank you i cant see all my messages plus i cant text also.
I believe I have been a victim of fraud and the person responsible was using a Heywire phone number. Is there any way of receiving the name of the person the phone number was registered under? The phone number is . Any help you can give me would be very much appreciated.
Today I was in the middle of a text conversation using Heywire and suddenly I get an error message that say network error please try again later, it kept doing the same same over and over. So I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app, after I installed it, it asked for my password that I remember, but refused to take it. I tried the reset password button and it says "A link to reset password had been sent to inactive_user" I checked my email, but nothing came through. My Heywire number is 1. PLEASE HELP.
I am writing because I have two accounts with Heywire that I have on the same email address. I know the number and password to this account which works fine. My other account that I have on a separate device that's associated with the (216) account I know the number to that account, but forgot the password so I tried the password I thought might work for that account wasn't it. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the app and I go to sign in it pulls up return user and I click the forgot password Button and it tells me that the number is "inactive" and when it asks for my email address then it says a link has been sent to the "inactive user". I check my email and cant find the link to reset my password. Is there anyway I can get in or get a link to have my password changed, but keep my account already associated with the (216) number the same, because I enjoy texting and talking to friend and family with this app. I would greatly appreciate it a lot.
I`ve been trying to get in Heywire. I do have a number, but I don`t remember my password. Please help i want to recover my same number And i do not want to use new number Because that's where my friends send message to me.

Hi Dave, I have been having the same issue and so are a lot of other people. So it's not just you. It has something to do with Heywires system. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do until Heywire fixes the issue. I am sure that they are working on it. In the meantime you can access your account through Heywire on the web / Heywire. Com.
Hello, I have been trying to use my Heywire account for the last 15 hours, but cannot get it to work. I have uninstalled it several times all day long today and rebooting my phone as well, it just keeps buffering and says "authorizing", but it will not load???Is there something wrong with the service?
