At 17:30. My wife, and my baby of 18 months received bad service from the flight attendants. They were very rude when my wife complained why not offer him snacks like q other passengers them note baby spread his hands thinking they were going to offer something instead they ignored. I do not know if anyone really pay attention to customer complaints hopefully someone can get their attention and put a stop to his despotism they should to provide good service and make nice flight

I can not receive a call to Interjet about my plane reservation. It appears that my credit card has been charged, but I have no information or conformation for the flight San Antonio to Mexico City - round trip Please reply by e=mail or telephone 210 9982445.
I received an excellent service traveling with Interjet. BUT I had left my cell phone in my lugage that I checked in. When I got home it was no longer there. I am not sure if my bag was checked and the phone was taken by an employer, whether by mistake or on purpose, or if it fell out while my bag was being checked. Overall the care from the staff was great, flight was on time, and I will continue to travel with this airline, but I will be more attentive with my electronics. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
