Dear management, i have recently purchased Samsung J7 from Jarir in huwailat jubail. Right after four days the display was gone where as the device has'nt fallen or something similar has not happened. I submited in customer care they are asking for 400sr more. It make me really mad that i paid 800plus and now 400 more i have to pay?i do not want to loose my interest with Jarir kindly solve my matter with justice. If something has done wrong from me i would have never complained. What has happened was i was in office i got a call and there was sound, but no display and i have submitted the same way. Niw whay i pay 400sr.Alhumdullilah i am working at managerial level and i am much worried for my reputation. I do not want to complain un-necessarry. We all family members and relatives are old customers with Jarir. We wish to continue our relation with Jarir. Hope for good. Please assist me in this. Regards

I recently bought a Logitech g920 from here in madina. And the thing is after couple of days the buttons on the steering wheel stopped working. And not just me there were others who have also faced the same problem.
