I recently washed my slipcover)Linda Collection) and I am extremely disappointed. This is the first time I have washed it and all of the piping turned an awful off white yellowish color. I have tried to rewash and still the same. I followed the directions and washed everything appropriately. Please help How can I go about ordering a new slipcover set for my couch I love this couch and Jennifer Convertibles. You always have excellent customer service. We purchase a leather sofa, loveseat and chair a couple of year ago with a protection plan. We were told we had purchase REAL leather furniture. Its turns out the furniture is not real leather because it is peeling and the base is cotton. We we paid over $3, 000 and we got fake leather. I have trying to get a full refund for furniture that was returned in December 2014. My order number is 16793. I paid $1475. 26. I received 440. 97 refund in January 2015 and $517. 15 in February 2105. I am still owed $517. 14. I am totally disgusted with how Jennifer Convertible has handled this situation. I have been trying to get the rest of my money for months and have not had any help from the store which I bought the furniture from or from the 800 customer care phone number. I would appreciate a call back to resolve this problem that has gone on for way too long. or .
I called and asked if this number was the customer service department. The woman that answered the phone had a heavy accent and didn't even allow me to finish my question before she rudely said NO.

I have been looking a various sofas,but now have decided it is not worth the money. I appreciate the story about your product on the news. You really need to make these problems go away before you ruin all of your customers away. I will look elsewhere.
I am a first time buyer of jennifer Convertibles, but let me say it started out all fine. I was told that my order would take four weeks for delivery, but that it would be there on the date. Well as it got closer I had no confirmation call so I began to ring the store I bought the set in. They didn't pick up their phone, three days of calling and no answer. Day of delivery, I keep calling and finally get through to a young man who says, hmmmm i do not see you on the delivery list for toady! Now he tells me one of the pieces has been recalled, and so the whole set can not be delivered! Angry
