Nakakainis lang kasi napakabungangera niya na kahit i am still in front of her she keeps on saying bad words na akala mo nasa kanilang bahay lang siya. Kung maibagsak niya pati yung food ay grabe. Tinitingnan ko sya habang kinonompleto nya ang orders ko pero di siya makuha sa tingin. Nakakabastos lang. I hope the management should make an action regarding this matter. Thank you.
Delivery from Quirino Baclaran branch is always late and item requested to be delivered is most certainly inconsistent from the one you order. Roderick Paras the rider, always has an excuse for late delivery and wrong order delivered. Christian from your call center whom I called to follow the order put me on hold for more than 30mins And the store Manager of Quirino Baclaran Branch did not attend my call when she heard it was a complaint about their delivery.

I would like to complain about poor customer service of Jollibee robinson general santos city. We have waited for too long para ma serve order namin. They give us a promise time na 18 minutes, but unfortunately last part sinabi ng cashier na d and daw available ang jolly hotdog then okey lng i change my order into burger steak. But mag close and ang store wala pa order namin and two chicken joy at one burger steak dun and ako nag complain kasi mas nauna pa nila binigyan ng order ang nasa likod ko and nkapila. Jollibee Ho Chi Minh is just incompetent when it comes to delivery service. 30-40 minutes became an hour and ten minutes. Also, the food was cold and the beverages have ice melted so it tasted like water. The management didn't even apologized for what happened. No nothing. Sort that out.

Last February 13, 2015 around 6:30pm my friends and I went to SM LANANG PREMIER in davao we ordered spaghetti and beef garlic combo. Last Saturday, 24th of January 2015, at around 12:00 o'clock noon, me and my family decided to have lunch at Jollibee located at corner Dapitan and Asturias Streets, Sampaloc, Manila. Feeling the urge to relieve myself, I went to the third floor to look for the comfort room only to find that it is not operational. Also, in my previous dining in this Jollibee branch, I also learned that they do not provide free newspapers to customers having their breakfast. It is only in this branch (except those located inside the malls) that I experienced these kind of inconveniences.
Jolibee Stockton did not make a good impression with me. The first time I went there with my family from Canada we were not happy with the service. There's only one cashier and supervisor Her name is Fatima asked her for a soda and she repeatedly asking me for what I needed. The second I went today December 30 ordered to go one cashier and same thing it was supervisor Fatima was doing the order I got my cups for my soda and was empty and advised the cashier which she replied ok. Never did say anything I waited and waited until my order was ready and I asked the supervisor Fatima if the Pepsi machine was ready and she said I will check came back and said it was ready on top of that there was no lead cover for their soda all ran out still have to asked the same cashier and I told her I was not happy with the service and she replied happy new year they need more training.
My name is Frankie. I visited Jollibee Sariaya, Quezon branch a few minutes ago. I think I ordered and paid for two buckets (8pcs/bucket) of chicken. I was informed that only leg parts were available at that moment, I am in a hurry so I am OK with that. But I still waited for at least five minutes and my waiting number is 21. I was just surprised when I opened the two buckets, each only contained 6pcs of chicken legs and wings. I am from Tayabas and I cannot easily go back to that store. Please help check what happened. fat girl with short hair, shoulder level. I ask
her about Jollibee free food worth 200 pesos for
Senior citizen who is celebrating birthday. She
replied that they do not have that, and refer
me to other branch near the market, we go there and the manager there told me, yup they have that
free food for senior with birthday, i ask then why in Jollibee junction baliuag says they do not
have, she said that is impossible, we are the same
branch of Jollibee. I want to complained on that
manager at your branch in baliuag junction, she is not a new manager i know coz i regularly go
there and i usually saw her, how come she does'nt kknow that benefits for senior citizen? If she is
not sure, it's better to ask her fellow managers
because she is like hypocite trying to know every
aspect of the job which seems to be incompetent.
I would like to commend yan. He is a cashier in jollibee sm bf branch. He has a nice service. When he gave to me my pending. He greet me and ask if there is anything else. And he help me to pack up my things and put it in my baggage. Very good.
I would like to report the RUDE SECURITY GUARD at Jollibee Pavillion Mall EDSA branch. We were sitting inside the store for about 30 minutes he was staring to us like he like to drag as outside for staying too long. The reason we were there we have to meet some friends and we were planning to eat together, but the STUPID SECURITY GUARD (sorry for the term) act violently beside us. He drag the table and chairs and looked us like evil. So we decided to go somewhere else. We left a cup from other store and he says "YUNG KALAT NYO ITAPON NYO TAMBAY TAMBAY KAYO DIYAN". RUDE SECURITY GUARD he doesn't deserve to be at any jollibee store he doesn't even know how to please and to be kind for jollibee customers. I really love jollibee and that was my first time to be treated that way. I even have a happy plus card because I really love foods at jollibee. And also I eat three times a day every dinner at that jollibee branch.
