INVESTKARNATAKA2016 will be a failure after the mad violence in Karnataka, when 45 KPN buses were burnt. INCREDIBLE INDIA advertisement by the Government is a farce when we have third-rate politicians in India. May God, the Almighty give the strength to KPN family and the employees to tide over difficult times. My prayers are for all the people at KPN.

Aug 31st myself and my wife and one yr kid traveled from Madurai to Chennai in Non AC sleeper bus 9499 bus number and 7, 8 seat no The window is not getting closed and we did not sleep well. I have planned for a return travel on Sep 16th BIRTH SLEEPER Non AC. I should not face the same issue. Please call me.
I have traveled from Tiruppur to Bangalore on 09-Aug-2015 in Kpn Travels(KA51A9699)I never seen such a worst driver in Kpn Travels. I was using KPN from 2010 onwards. He behaved very rudely and stopped many times in between. Also he switched off AC when the bus were running and whenever he stopped, that time only he switched on.
I have booked a Ticket from Mettupalayam to Banaglore through online for the travel date(25. 08. 2015) with the name of Mallika. K. The payment got approved, the amount also get deducted from my account, but i dint receive my ticket. I am uploading the approved screenshot.
I had sent a couple of parcels from kotagiri to Chennai(thiruvaanmyur). I was asked to call the thiruvaanmyur number 9790821254 for cehking the status. But this is number is not reachable for two days. Now i have no idea about status of my parcels for more than two days. My phone Number is 9751507670.
The worst experience I had by traveling through Kpn Travels from Coimbatore to Pondicherry on 13/05/2015 at 9:45pm. Actual departure time was 9:30pm, but the bus was started only at 10:00pm. Since the day was rainy, inside the bus was fully wet and window side seats were fully wet where one can not sit and travel, While reporting to the KPN person, he least responded for it. Again on the way, at Erode, they loaded some parcels which took near about half an hour. Though the parcels were covered with tarpaulin, it was not tied properly. Due to this, all the parcels fallen down near Vadalur, Then with the help of local people, all the parcels were dumped inside the bus which took near about 45 minutes. At last we arrived Pondicherry only the next day morning at 7:55AM against the arrival time of 6:30AM. For traveling such a long distance, the company (KPN) used a single driver. Condition of the bus inside was worse than the local buses. So, it was the worst experience I ever had.
Marthandam to Bangalore seven PM. Bus - KA 01 AB 9919. Got break Down. No alternate vehicle arranged. Also all passengers are asked to go back home from Nagercoil. Now at around 10. 35, Me a lady how i will manage to go back to home. Also i have some important meetings in office tomorrow, trusting your bus service i am standing alone in road, no body to help, your agency is helpless. I am not happy with your service, even my Bangalore to marthandam trip is so pathetic I need a refund of CAB cost from Nagercoil to my home and compensation of my work day and my business loss.
Today my sister started travel from salem to Chennai at 4. 00pm volvo service, 1st the bus account number working after she struggle more than a hour she got into the bus, but already someone sitting in the seat which we booked for us, so the driver changed the seat no, the changed seat push-back doest work, she informed to driver, but driver did not response her, driver treated very worst in bus. I never ever seen this much worst service in KPN. What the hell you people doing after getting more money from passengers. I wont suggest anyone to travel in KPN. I tried your customer care, but there no response from them, no services working good in KPN. Stupid business stupid service.
I booked ticket from Chennai 8. 15 PM to Ernakulam 6. 30 AM dated on 19-2-15. But bus reached at Coimbatore on 6. 40 AM. I asked driver, he said bus reach at Ernakulam above 1. 30 PM. I am service engineer. I am going to Ernakulam for service. Customer ask the machine break down lose comprehensive rupees one lacs and today my salary also cut. Please do the needful.

Ticket booked from Bengaluru to Coimbatore on 24. 01. 15 night 10:00 pm sleeper AC bus. It is not on time at Madiwala, we were forced to move to Bommanahalli. Waited till 12:00am to get bus. Bus battery issues forced us to wait in highway for three hours till 5:00am near Dharmapuri. It reached Coimbatore by 10:00am next day. I lost my plans money etc. No more kpn in life. Thanks. I will suggest my office n friends not to go for Kpn, its better to go in setc/state transport easily on time.
I have called the customer care no they attend my call and after the complaint they say that it is ticket booking no call 2222222 for customer care they said and then I tried for it no one attends the call. Worst travel ever I have seen harsh driver, poor customer car service.
