Please advise if it's possible to then reflect in your Kenyan Kcb account?

Iam a member and my tea income is being channel to my account at Kcb last month i borrow a top_up of mavuno loan and i was given in excess, but i never realize maybe it was an error thinking may be from other sources i withdraw all the cash, but after two days i receive a phone harsh call that iam criminal and yet it is my bank i have over 6000kgs right now which ofcourse Kcb is safe for me in terms of bonus, but i was intimidated to bring back the money and that word of calling criminal and it is my bank what do i do if i have use the money because i told the caller to wait one month, but does not understand?.
