I would like to inform that a purchased bra dated 10/04/2016 from select city walk was defected (stretched strip) and one more bra size issue was seen, however was only seen after eight days. On 17/04/2016 07:00pm when the undersigned went to La-Senza showroom to highlight the matter, firstly no manager was present on that time and neither had she wanted to speak regarding this, the executives were not at all supportive and were just trying to have an unnecessary argument and did not share the manager’s number. She gave me a complaint book assuring me that someone will get back to me on the said matter tomorrow. Sadly there was no call no mail and no follow-up from La-Senza. Ultimately I had to go there again to speak to the manager. I would request you to look into this matter and change the damage bra immediately. Thanks and Regards
I am currently visiting India and purchased lingerie from the La Senza store in Phoenix Marketcity, Mumbai. The store did not have what I initially went in to get so I decided to purchase another item and thought if I found the lingerie I initially wanted at a different location, I would simply do an exchange. I confirmed with the sales associate if this was possible and she said yes. The very next day I went into the La Senza store in Infinity Mall, Malad, Mumbai and tried to do an exchange, but the manager told me I cannot exchange this item. You can see why I am so disappointed as I was misguided. If there is any way you can approve this on your end and have a word with the manager of the store that would be highly appreciated. I still have the receipt and tags are attached to the items.
