Dear Longchamp Customer Service, I have a Longchamp le pliage. I bought it last 2012 or 2013 (can not recall exactly) and I have been using it on and off. I have noticed recently small bubbles on the folded areas of my Longchamp bagI have read some forums online discussing same issues as mine. In one of the thread, it was suggested to send an email to this account for free repair or replacement. Also, the gold tone in the zipper handle with Longchamp logo started to tarnish. Do you have customer service here in the Philippines that can attend to my concern or where I can send my bag for repair or replacement (for free)? My other concern is how long the repair will take? In relation to my concern about the bubbling of my le pliage bag, I have read an article saying that Longchamp do replace bags for free if after some time the surface of bag has "bubbles". / My/2010/01/fashion-finds-long-champ-le-pliage/.
