LUFTHANSA CUSTOMER CAREThis is to inform you that i am a frequent traveler of Lufthansa and have been flying with your airline for nearly 30 years, most of it i was a business class passenger. every year i fly nearly 100 – 120 thousand miles with your airline. for the last eight years i was a first class passenger. senator card number 42990232due to a change in my visit program i had to change the date of my return flight from Dusseldorf for one day and paid nearly 150 euro.

A few minutes after alighting, we discovered that my son left his bag containing his school books and personal stuff. I immediately went to the Lufthansa stand at the Frankfurt airport, but was told I could not go back to the aircraft for security reasons. I therefore waited for a about 2hours as advised so the office where lost and found items are taken could be contacted. After the wait, I was told the the items will not be gotten until 12 noon.
Considering that we needed to catch our flight to Edmonton before noon, I was told to send an email to the office-this I sent while still in Frankfurt airport and requested that it be forwarded to me via: #205, 5104 54th Avenue,Cold Lake Alberta T9M1W8.
About a day or two after, I got a response saying my lost item FP 2541 was found and will be forwarded. I am yet to receive it 14 days after despite several email.
I sent in a complaint and have heard nothing from you. I received my lost luggage and it was destroyed. It was a new piece first ime used. The last time I flew Lufthansa the very samething happened, lost my new bag and received it destroyed. Since I have received no response from Lufthansa does this mean the problem is not to important? At leqast respond to one of my complaints.
