Today I received a phone call from Morkels Carnival Matshepo in connection with the Newbury 3PCE 3-ACTION LOUNGE SUIT Brown Product code 10018503001 saying I will no longer receive a single recliner chair due to the new service provider that manufactures the lounge suites, their no longer manufacturing a single recliner chair I have asked to call them and tell them to manufacture what I want, but she is not winning I would like to have my money back if they fail to do what I have asked them to do. I am busy lay baying the lounge suites. I hope you will get back to me as soon as possible.
HaiI bought a kitchen cupboard in one of Morkels brances in Midrand. The head office called me few weeks after I received the furnitre, asking if everything is fine and about the service I got from the shop, I complained about the drawer that was not opening and they sent people to collect it. Its about a month now no call from them and the cupboard is not yet back.
Sent my brother in law On Wednesday 28/09/2016 to buy a bed for me at Morkels Krugersdorp. The bed only got delivered on Friday (yesterday). Only saw the bed at night after work, the bed is DIRTY and the covering plastics are torn. Went to the store this morning (Saturday), asked for a refund and I was told that the bed will be replaced with another one before the end of today. Now it's 16:24 01/10/2016 and I'm still waiting. This is really unacceptable. The store manager didn't even bother calling and apologizing or keeping me posted on what is going on. It is not like I got thee bed on credit for crying out loud. I have not got any feedback regarding my complaint I am not kept in the loop of what is happening, Meridian bedroom suite that I bought in March 2016 since now it has not been resolved. I am really fed up this is a third complaint each time I phone my complaint has been closed, which I find it difficult because the head board was delivered, but not assembled, the dressing table was not collected which was also reported that it was damaged. I bought a ACACIA ENTERTAINMENT UNIT at Tembisa Birch Acres. 0nthe 12 June. I bought it cash. I came with my bakkie to cllect it emmidiately, but i was told. Its compulsory to pay transport and if i take it myself i have to find someone who will connect it. I told them i want the unit for weekend cause i have function at home. I would like to raise my dissatisfaction concerning Morkels Empangeni Sanlam Center branch. On the 13th May 2016 I went to buy a bedroom suite, before paying I asked if it was available on stock they checked at the warehouse and I was told it was available I then paid R7799. 95 including the delivery. I was told delivery will be within seven days I waited for my goods till the 20th, I enquired I was told the mirror was damaged while loading the goods. I waited until the 24th and went to the shop where I was told they do not have my goods they were sold out. I bought a three piece bedroom suit(headboard, dressing table, chair and mirror as a gift)in July 2014. They delivered last week, but without a chair or mirror and when setting up the dressing table they cracked the mirror. I've spoken to Xolani at the KWT branch where I bought the goods, who said the three piece did not have a chair and still today were not delivered nor repaired the dressing table. Unfortunately our sales person at the time was Siphosethu Holwana who no longer works there. Who would buy a dressing table without a chair and why would you need an extra mirror when you have one on the dressing table already(which means I'd bought a two piece as that piece of a mirror was placed as a gift to begin with). Good day MorkelsOn the 16th December 2014 I bought a Bordeaux three piece, cream polyurethane bedroom suite. I bought it in Bellville Cape Town for delivery in East London. I was appalled by the service I got from the delivery men who dropped the goods without properly assembling them. They literally put the headboard on the pedestals saying that there were no holes made for the screws. Then there was a quality compromise on the dressing table. The paint is literally peeling off. On the 28th of November 2014 i bought a dining room suit at Makhado Morkels store. I requested the delivery to be before the end of that week or if not possible, it should be just before Christmas so that there will be someone to receive those goods at home. The manager promised that if they are unable to deliver that weekend, then they will make sure it is delivered by the requested date. I have been calling since the 24th December until today 03/01/2015 i have not received my goods. This morning i called the manager and she promised to do a follow up and get back to me after 10:00am, but she did not come back to me. I again called her just before 13:00 and she again said she will come back to me after 5minutes. Its after 14:00 now and i have not heard anything from her. Its really painful knowing that you bought something cash, but you still cant get what you have paid for. Morkels doesn't give a damn about their customers. There are better furnisher stores that knows the meaning of customer service.

The delivery guys told me that they will come the following day to deliver the right couch and take the damaged one. Till up today, they have not deliver the couch.
