I subscribe for your platinum internet package and it stopped working.
I have been using my number for last 3/4 months. As I have received text saying me to subscribe platinum package as usual. Now this time once I subscribed I could only use for 2/3 days and then there is not net. To be more specific net comes for 20 to 30 seconds every few hours. When I contacted the call center I was asked to send a text written "internet" to 202. And then three text were supposed to come. In my Chinese tab the text came that "sorry, the specified model is not recognized. " and the iPhone four did not receive any text. This is a very ugly experience for me as I believed MTN.
Dear Sir, I am writing from El Geneina, darfur. For last six to seven days I have no internet service in my phone. I have two numbers of MTN and both are subscribed as Platinum and Golden package. It is an extremely ugly experience to pay and not being able to use the net. In any case there was no text from MTN saying that we were likely to go through any kind of problem.
