Having trouble scanning with my neat scanner? I need help now.
I have been trying to reach customer service since yesterday. Everytime I use the prompt questions regarding my bill I get disconnected. I have been charged twice in one month on my bill and I would like this matter resolved ASAP.
I am so disappointed in this service, and frustrated. Service absolutely sucks, email support takes days. My account indicated i have live chat,, but it won't let me. PLEASE SOMEONE CALL ME TO EXPLAIN SERVICE OPTIONS AS WELL AS SOME SPECIFIC SCANNING ISSUES Meanwhile, i may be shopping alternativees

We have Neat, and it worked fine for a day. Suddenly we keep getting messages that it is not working and will shut down. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Contact the customer service number, but can not speak to an actual person and the automated system keeps telling me to visit the website. This is absolutely ridiculous that there is not an option to speak with live support team members especially after spending the kind of money we did on this product that was supposed to make our lives easier, however it's been a nuisance thus far.
