I went to Nedbank in Evaton branch more than a month ago to explain my situation regarding my home loan 1 I was defrauded my case number being as follows, CAS1402/3/2016- which can be rectified at 011-4977377 I promise to make little payments until I am back on feet around August 2016 I was told everything is recorded, but I am receiving more than ten calls per day, yet i am making payments as promised and it is not August 2016 as yet, why? by disrespectful young boys and girls I have been paying since 2008 when I took the loan.
R20 was deducted as MNT Easy recharge from my bank account, at around 1700 hours today. That was actually a surprise because I have never supplied my banking details to any institution whatsoever and I do not have any debit orders. Surprisingly that airtime was never even credited to my cellphone. I strongly suspect that something is wrong. Please investigate and advise me before I change to another bank.
I have since Thursday tried to do two phone-banking transactions. Without success I spent hours on the phone, spoke to six or seven agents and supervisors. NOBODY COULD HELP. I was told one Duane would call me at 10. 30 Saturday. I am still waiting. I am unable to visit any branch at will. I am told my profile and pin are not active,, WHY NOT.

It says my card is invalid, yet it was only issued in Aug/Sept 2015, and is valid till Aug 2018. My card is 5412 8300 1616 6937. I am really tied Nedbank now its been a week now online bank is not working i cant make transfers nothing, but its my money that you keeping, i am done i want all my money back this not there's no help here i have been to the branches they say everything is fine, but nothing is working.
My cellphone banking login has been locked and i want to purchase airtime. Any help how i can fix this without going to the bank?
I was a victim of card fraud on the 30th of November. I called the customer care immediately and was given reference number ncc 71609500 y. The next day one December i went to Kempton park plaza branch and reported the matter and was given a bank statement showing amounts withdrawn and i wrote another statement in the bank, clearly stating that my card was retained in the machine and my money was withdrawn somewhere. I was told the bank would get back to me in two weeks and up to now i do not know how the investigations are going. My account number is 1084335640 and the card where the fraudulent transactions took place is master card maestro number 0552. I do not know how i can get help now.
