My complaint is that I subscribed to OSN and was given a installation date of Saturday Sept. 2nd, 2016. After waiting for the tech all day that never showed up or called, I started trying to contact OSN only to be promised other calls that I never received. OSN was very quick to get my credit card details on Thursday when I subscribed, but have failed to deliver. Dear, So far I did not get any help even though I have paid the full subscription for one year. The customer service told me many times that they will call back, but they dud not. Honestly I did not expect that type of type of treatment from OSN. The whole issue is that OSN did not do the installation, it was only providing the receiver. All I am asking is to set an appointment with the technician to do the installation(Dish and cabling) and free of charge in the place that I am moving to. That was the agreement with SARAH in Dubai. We were using OSN MOVIES PLUS package for quite a while until we upgraded to OSN PREMIER HD package Purchased from city centre branch Mawaleh MUSCAT Oman, but now its been a couple of days we are unable to watch the following three channels. 1)H2 HD(History channel 2). 2)discovery IDX HD. 3)Comedy Central HD. At first there was only glitching now the channels are completely gone displaying a technical error message even though all the other channels seems perfectly fine and working we would like you to address this problem so we can continue to enjoy our favorite channels. I have a scheduled re installation last week, June 22, at around 8pm - 11pm as given schedule. I was just talking to the Customer Service in Egypt called Heba el Baz escalating the raise of my monthly payment by around 70 EGP. I have been notified by an SMS by this raise with no justified reason. I have a major complaint. I had my OSN disconnected after I pay. Now, they want 90 Riyals to put back on the service. I was late one week. We want our money back. OSN cannot support the number of caller calling your help line. Every time I call your helpline or customer services number I am kept on hold for extended period of time. OSN is quick to charge its customers of the subscriptions, but fails to deliver on customer services and the resolution of technical problems or customer services queries. Your telephone lines are not clear as the system is over loaded and even though a complaint has already been made to your personnel OSN has done nothing to improve the service or waiting times. This is unacceptable and totally unprofessional in this day and age. Please respond to my complaint in full. Regards

Very poor customer service. Promised to deliver within four hours of subscription. Did not bothered to call for FOUR days. When I called said sorry that they could not call for installation because of some internal system issue. I said this is not accrptable and They have not bothered to call at least and inform the customer. I could not watch important programd which I was planning and insisted to talk to their manager. Put me on hold four times for a total of 35 minutes and said all managers are busy and can not talk to me.

It was absolute horrible experience when i had technical issue with decoder not receiving the signal. Every time i call the customer service they ask me to unplug signal cable and power off decoder and restart after 40 seconds. When i insisted that it is of no help they just do not care and make the customer repeat this stuff. Atlast i asked to send someone to fix the issue they refused saying it is the building problem. When i contacted building management and technical person confirmed that my flat is receiving nilesat signal perfectly and still Osn team refuses to send technical guy even after i promised them that i will pay for the service.
