Good evening, I just tried tto call your office after seeing a debit order of R890. 74 from Outsurance for an insurance I cancelled two days after talking to one of your agents. I fail to understad how can this happen. I opted to go with another insurace comany after realising that I was being ripped off by Outsurance R30K excess? At the time of accepting I did not know better until a friend of mine heard about this. He advised me to look for another insurance company which I managed to get at R5K excess- R25K difference. I sent an email notifying Outsurance that I will no longer be taking up their offer. Please reverse this amount with imediate effect. Please see the correspondence below and rectify the situation.
Policy OT181813. In September 2013 I was involved in a motor vehicle accident. I did not claim for the repair of my motor vehicle. The other party also did not claim from Outsurance. I was told that I had to wait until the possible claim from the other party had prescribed to be paid the Outbonus for October 2014 and 2015. Magda from the legal department phoned me on the 10th of October and told me that the possible claim related to 2013 had now prescribed and that the file was closed. I was involved in another motor vehicle accident in April 2016 and the Outbonus for 2014 and 2015 is not being paid due to this claim. How can you refuse to pay the Outbonus for 2014 and 2015 based on an accident in 2016.
People /individuals must remember that a company is made up of HUMAN BEINGS - and the lack/poor performance of the individual complain about, is not what the company stands for. As an employer myself, I get extremely mad when an employee submits derelict or sloppy work because there is remuneration involved - a person gets PAID to do a job. Thus it is good to complain when an individual reneges on what he/she is paid and trained to do - please NAME and SHAME .

Your debit order already was scheduled to go tru on 31/8/2016. I phoned in 1/9/2016 and the refund was confirmed to me as your cover period ended 30th (I did not know this, the consultant did not on day of change tell me)
I was told it takes about five days, I mean we on the 8th already.

I sent a request for a life insurance yesterday and Shall called me to take my details and asked me few health questions. He told me that he will call me after an hour or so, but till today i have not received a call for the up date. two years back i opened an insurance with you guys and i was told that a nurse will be sent to run tests on me before the first debit, but no one ever came until i called to cancelle it. Complaint- the Outsurance tow truck that arrived to pick up our vehicle -destroyed our gate completely and damaged our vehicle further. Emergency number has been of no help. I phoned on Thursday 22/01. 2015 and asked for a copy of My telephonic discussion on the day of My application. I was told that they will forward it by Monday 26/01/2015. Nothing to date happened and Outsurance now leaves Me no choice.

I refer to Phillip Mohube's request to forward a separate quotation for repair/painting that needs to be done on the patio. This quote was forwarded to him on 15th of October 2014. I phoned several times, but then the claims Clark by thee name of Phillip was not available. On 29th of October I was put through to Reini and the quote was also mailed to him on 31th of October. Still no response. I phoned again on 13th of November to follow up, again Phillip was not available and I spoke to Tumi, who was going to follow up and get back to me. Still, I did not receive any further feedback from Outsurance and would really like to settle this claim now.
