These guys at Parchment are insulated and barricaded from contact with customers. Very disappointing from a company whose mantra is helping students and student athletes better themselves through higher education. Customer Service is incompetent and sends back "canned" email responses. Unable to think "outside the box" Tried to dial VP of Operations / Scott Hillman's extension and his "looped" voice recording says that he does not take calls from blocked numbers. To whom it may concern, Parchment needs a call center where students and/or parents can call and TALK to a person about the problem(s) they are having. Not all questions are answered through your Customer Support system. I just have a small issue and it can be easily solved if I can personally talk to someone. But because Parchment does not offer a Customer Service number, it has been rather complicated and frustrating to work with. Your email system does NOT help at all, because it just keeps referring to your Customer Support system. Obviously, I have already tried to find my answer through your Customer Support system, which is why I need to have personal contact with Parchment. I know I am not the only one that has come across this issue where I need to contact Parchment through a call, but the option is not available. Parchment delayed my transcripts for weeks making me miss the registration deadline due to an error on their website blaming my university for the hold, I called my university multiple times and they ensured me there is no hold on their side and that I needed to contact Parchment. I submitted a help desk ticket online which does not provide a prompt solution. I called the number provided and they do not have an option to contact a customer service or support person, only find someone by name or extension, so it is impossible to reach anyone. This is the WORST customer experience, I bet that if I was there to BUY their services they would contact me back in a second.
I need to speak to someone and you do not have a number. My daughter Kristal Garcia graduated in June of this year from Heath High School Heath Texas. The transcript that is sent is not complete. It does not have a graduation date. Since July we've been dealing with this. I need this resolved ASAP. It is causing a financial burden and noone seems to be able to fix this. I tried calling as well because they charged my account within seconds after i requested the transcript. There was a problem with the transcript and the school told me that i can not get my money back. So i voiced-my concerns and a letter was sent to me stating that the order was cancelled and i will get money back one week later i still do not have my money and there i know one at the company to talk to i am reporting them to the better business bureau today 8/26/2015.

This company has committed fraud by accessing my bank account without authorization. I am requesting that this company refund me my money immediately. Also, I would like to here from someone from this company.
Parchment only sent three years of four years of high school files causing HAVOC with NCAA and college admissions not happy if this isn't cleared up in five days and my daughter cant play the next call will be from our lawyer.

It appears that your services are a complete waste of time and money. I requested a copy of my transcript from University Of Southern California be submitted to the West Virginia Board of Professional Licensing. The Order number was 5020275. I paid $10 and was assured that it would be sent electronically to the State licensing agency. Then I received a note that it was not sent and to reorder. I reordered and paid $12 to get a mailed copy sent to same agency. That was order 5043779. The transcript has never been received. Worse, your online service will not allow me to log in to track the transcript since it says that there has never been an order from my Email of No one will respond to my phone messages and I can not log in except to pay you another $10 or $12.
