I have ordered your product through a friend three times now. After my last legitimate order my card was charged 143. 00 by your company without my approval. I contact your company a week ago and have heard nothing back. My rep has tried to get help for me also, she hasn't heard anything either. I will never buy your product again, but the way this is handled will determine whether or not I refer your product to others.
I am pretty angry at this point. Every number I have tried leads to phone numbers that are disconnected. I need to talk with someone about logging into my account.
Hello I have three Transactions on my bank statement from your company on the 25. 9. 16 I have not brought your product and am concered how the transactions can to be. It is vitally important this situation is rectified immediately as I have not brought the product. I have been trying to reach someone in customer care regarding the natural flavors in the plexus products. I need to know if there is apple or apple pectin in any of the product. I would love to try the product, but am allergic to raw apples and apple pectin, it causes my throat to swell shut so before I purchase the product would need to know this information. I am very unhappy I was on hold for 16 minuets and unable to reach customer service.
