My husband and I am taking housing loan from Public Bank recently. Both of us have made payment for house insurance on 4/3/16 to AIA Berhad via cheque. On 16/3/16, my husband received house insurance policy, but I have not. After five days, on 21/3/16 I highlighted the issue to Ms Lim Yik Ming. She confident and answered that AIA Berhad has send the policy to me and I need to wait for few more days. Unfortunately, on 3/4/16 I discovered that both cheques issue to AIA Berhad were rejected without any notice. I am unsatisfied with the service provider by Public Bank. -Unable to facilitate my insurance coverage for the new house. -Delay my insurance coverage, if anything happen to the policy holder, Who shall be responsibility for this matter?

My frien's personal account details were disclosed to her ex husband by your staff. Now he is harrassing her for money. How can your bank, who is pricy to personal and account details be so careless and irresponsible with customer information? How can it he bank expect us to continue to entrust our funds and confidence with your bank? I'm going to purse this on her behalf because she does not know what to do and in also a stakeholder.
I want to complaint the services of a officer name "Racheal Chua" who is a Marketing Loan officer which located at Klang Valley (Klang, Banting, Jenjarom.)Lately I have requested a housing loan from her and I requested her to change the mailing address to the new address. I called her yesterday FEW times, she has no answer my call and no call me back also. I did sent her whatapps message and she read with NO REPLY at all. How can be a officer with two year plus experience who do not know clearly on bank's procedure at all? and that is the marketing services attitude? which no answer my call, no reply my message and no call back at all after the loan is approved?Anyway, finally I PERSONALLY went to the Bank and get the form MYSELF.
