I have a complaint that when i tried to leave one provider and go to Public Mobile and did not like the service on it so i went to a better provider with human beings running the show not automated computers and now Public Mobile will not release my number to the other provider. Emailing them does nothing

Your service sucks, I have no better way to put it. I got about 15 messages from you saying "sorry we do not offer text messaging outside of Canada at this time"completely understandable, since I asked for my plan to change to only text. But I never tried texting outside of Canada, for that matter didn't even try to text outside of Toronto. Furthermore, I had a person texting me and I could see his texts, but he couldn't see mine. So in view of your terrible service, customer and otherwise, I am going to change providers. You generally are a horrible service, and I'm not the only person complaining about it on the net.
