Hi, I had cleared my loan, got clearance certificate as well, but my account balance still shows negative Even after two months. I am totally unhappy with QNB support. Also I had to struggle a lot to get loan clearance letter even after paying the complete amount while some other banks are giving the letter in just one day. I'm totally surprise to hear this statement when I was requesting them to expedite the procedure from the collections department. His name is Mohammed and he said " in case you put pressure on the team to clear it immediately, they will not help you and instead they will delay it further more and you will not be able to travel. So please be patient and wait until we complete the formalities". I was really happy with my previous banker "Al Ahli Bank" and did a big mistake by moving to QNB.
Actually I had received wrong info from Banha branch customer service agent called :sherif about TAMAYOZ system as he told me that TAMYOZ fees is less than 100 LE and made sure that all fees less than 100LE and now I surprised that have been deducted about 240LE from my debit account also Ihaven't assign any application for that all Ihave received a call from Sherif., So please could you remove me from this TAMYOZ and please recharge the fees to my account.
Your customer service at Egypt branch Masaken Sheraton is very bad, as i asked them to send a letter to renew car license 20 days ago to Roushdy branch MS aya said that will send last week, when go to roshdy branch this week there were no thing when call again said that will arrive on Tuesday, till now no thing happened kindly care about thatas i am very upset.thanks
