I cannot activate my newly purchased Roboform Everywhere. Windows 10

I have been trying to use the Roboform Support System (RFSS). I can login to Roboform everywhere, but not at the RFSS site. I keep getting an error message that says my password is not valid. So I have clicked on the "forgot password" link a number of times. I then get a message that my password will be emailed to me. But so far I have not received any emails at all from Roboform. I changed phones, I went from a Samsung to an I Phone six plus. Now I cannot get Roboform to work. It opens up, but I cannot enter any logins. I tried to sync to my account and nothing works.
