Ronco Rotisserie I need help please your customer service was of no help I am one day out of warranty on this item, it is dead as a doornail I have used this machine approx (4) since purchase. I also have one of the original Rotisseries over 19 yrs old and it still works like a charm. Problem is your customer service is NOT OPEN ON WEEKENDS I TRIED, that put me over ONE DAY. I called customer service this morning and spoke to a Aleana and NO HELP AT ALL. She said I am out of warranty and there was nothing she could do, she claimed she would have a supervisor call me. Do I think that will happen NO? This is not good business at all, I need some help because you are closed on the weekends your customer service area I LOOSE. Please contact me on this issue so we can talk about it further. I CALLED HOME SHOPPING NETWORK THIS MORNING AND FILED A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS ITEM WITH THEIR MARKETING DEPT.
