Currently, sabb keeps on deducting me by 100 sar every month even i did not activate nor use the master card (credit card). I even did not request for it,it just sent to me. Good evening sir, last month i applied for credit card service from Alkhobar branch Alaqrabiyah st. (after some days they rejected my approval, due to some documents are missing. again i applied in October 14 with all clear documents. now i awaited two weeks after that i went to branch again they are saying u dint request for credit card. its means the staff is very careless about the job title. since the beginning of October i am running for credit card at last or least i heard from Sabb bank staff your request is not in our system. please let me know, where i am standing. warm regards, Nabeel Sultafarook Saifuddin.

Hi this is Divakar (iqama:2338242411). I am using Sabb bank services from the last 2. five yrs. Last April my mastercard is expired. In the August bill Sabb charged me 350SAR as annual fee. Then i requested Sabb to cancel my credit card. Some one from bank called me and told that they will weave off the annual fee. In contrast to that Sabb mentioned a late payment charges of 100 SAR and tawaruq charges of 464. 84 and collection center deducted 47 SAR from my account today. I kindly request you to check this.
My Account Number is with Sabb Dammam. I had transferred SR 3500/- using VISA DIRECT facility from my Sabb account in Dammam to HDFC India Account on 3rd June online.
