My booking reference 2U2IAW for 5May 2016 Port Macquarie NSW Ticket price $52. 00 Taxes and fees $30. 19 Total Trip. I thought this was a great price, but when my bank statement came in, I was charged $114. 28. There was no mention of this extra fee so could you please explain it to me. I feel ripped off and have been recommending you to all my friends. It is a bit of a rip off to not declare the total cost when booking is made.
I booked flights on October six, 2015 through your company and the helper was Jane. I asked for flights from Charleston WV to Fort Lauderdale FL.come to find out in January that she booked us from Charleston SC. I contacted your help desk. I was told it be taken care in 24 to 48 hours. They would review the tape from my booking and get back with me. That took four days. Juliet told me that the paper work said, Jane had messed up and they would take care of the problem and a supervisor would contact me. Supervisor Scott would not agree to anything and he would not settle for anything less than me paying $400. 00 more to get flights from Charleston WV. I asked for the $379. 00 that I paid in October to be refunded, he refused. He offered $160. 00 and I took that. Now I'm going to have to drive from Charleston WV to Miami FL for go on our vacation.
