I have been a Smilebox subscriber for many years and have taken pride in the creations that I have been able to send friends and family. I have done hundreds of them with no problems until this year. The response time has gotten longer until finally the application just simply says "not responding". When this happens the only thing I can do is go to the Windows ten "Task Manager" and close down the Smilebox application. It took a very long time for me to find your tech support page only to discover that your two listed support phone numbers are not valid. I hope that I will get a response from this communication to you. I hope that you will resolve this issue so that I may continue to enjoy using Smilebox. Thank you,

Hi. This so the worst online service i have ever gotten. Was told that i will get a seven days trail and then $3. 99 bill per month only to have been charged almost $70 from my account. Trying to call there customer care, but their phone numbers are no longer in service. I need to speak to someone.
My Smilebox will not download after I choose it.

They do this on purpose, so that you cant cancel and they can charge you. They are horrible and do not answer their phone or help with anything. I hope you gave them a paypal account so they do not have your information because they may charge you again and again.
Smile box is a fraud and has terrible customer service, I suggest if you want to make anything to do with your family pictures to go anywhere else. They do not help anyone and they take your money before the seven day trial is up and do not let you login to cancel. They are horrible I will post this on every social network possible until I receive a refund.
I have had a payment gone out from my Visa account for this years membership on the 5th April 2016. 1. I have not been using the Club Smiley box for sometime. 2. I have not had any emails to say or a reminder of a payment going out of my Visa account. 3. I have not had a follow up on the Smiley box with my account or any orders that I may of work on. 4. Trying to update my credit card since last week. My subscription will end soon. I have been going back and forth with you email support agent with no results. I signed up yesterday for premium because I needed to send an e-mail Birthday card immediately. You responded with a message that it is on its way. I checked my out box and it was never sent. If I cannot get a reasonable time frame from the time a send a card to the time that it goes out and is received then there is no point in my paying for this service. What is your normal time allotment for delivering an e-mail.

I have been billed in error, and refuse to pay this charge. I have ordered my credit card company to put a hold on this charge to dispute it, as well as block any other charges from you. I keep getting search for '7759' error, but I tried all the steps in support desk including firewall, internet security and clock and removing "manifest". I used to be able to use my computer, but not I can not- I have to use my husbands computer and I do not always have access to it.
