Yes my phone number is area code 9 I would really appreciate it if your support team could call me in reference to the multiple bugs you have on your game for the PS4 console I spend a lot of money on this game just to be able not to complete missions after maintenance that you did still can not get into the station's I want to know what is going on and why I cannot play this game without having so many bugs and problems if you cannot get this corrected I want a refund of all the money that I spent.

I'm living get the Star Trek Online game and all, but there are several glitches about the game. My only real big problem is, in the Card assign Struggle on episode six, it glitches an error ed when I tried to start it. I had to drop mission just to continue playing the game. Now when you go back into missions and then to episodes, it says it's open, but when I click on it, a star fleet member pops up on screen saying goes "time is short". But it will not let me access any further into the game with this character. My main is level 41. I really do not want to have to start over nor do I wanna quit playing since I've spent real world cash on this game. Please help me fix this issue at hand so that I may continue to keep playing the game. Thank you.
